CHECK LIST FOR ADMISSION

 

STEP 1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AT NEW FLIGHT SERVICES

1. Students must collect the prospectus of AIAA & AVIATION LINK ASIA PILOT TRAINING CENTER AIR AVIATION SCHOOL  [Philippines] and their enrollment Form by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000 with CD. NEW FLIGHT SERVICES at Indore. 
2. Filled in Application Form
3. Following Documents must be submitted along with the Application Form :-

   1. Class 10th Marksheet - 2 sets
   2. Class 12th Marksheet - 2 sets
   3. Original Medical Fitness copy and Eye test/Colour vision test Certificate
   4. Latest Passport size Photographs in White shirt – 4
   5. Photocopy of Passport
   6. Enrollment Fees – Rs. 10,000 By D.D in the favour of ‘ NEW FLIGHT SERVICES or deposit in ICICI Bank CA A/c # 0041 0501 1195
4. Complete Agreement

 

STEP 2 - ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR AVIATION LINK ASIA PILOT TRAINING CENTER PHILIPPINES

1. AVIATION LINK ASIA PILOT TRAINING CENTER Application Form

2. Police Clearance authenticated by Philippine Embassy.

3. Photo copy of Passport.

4 Proof of Financial Support authenticated by Philippine Embassy.

5. International English Language Testing System IELTS Exam. Or Pre flight Training certificate

6. Drug Screening Urinalysis Test.

7. Photo / ID Picture (1x1 - 6 pcs and 2x2 - 4 pcs).It must be in white shirt with collar and white background.

8. Registration Fee of $300.00 (non-refundable) Indian students may

pay in equivalent INRs. In favour of NEW FLIGHT SERVICES ICICI Bank CA A/c # 0041 0501 1195

9. Photo copy of Pilot's License and current Airman Medical Certificate.

10. Photo copy of the last 5 pages of your logbook and instructor's endorsement.

11. Letter from the Civil Aviation Authority of your country (FAA, JAA, GCAA, CAA) that certifies your license is valid and true.

 

Note: This certification must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy.

Domestic students shall submit items 5 to 7 listed above with an addition of NBI clearance. Applicants with flying experience shall submit a photo copy of pilot's license, current airman medical certificate, last 5 pages of pilot's logbook, and certification from the previous flight school.

 The accuracy and completeness of the information is important for our preliminary evaluation, visa requirements, clearances, and pilot's license.
